Chris Raymond: Founder/Owner
He’s been in the business of gutters since 1989 and has proudly owned Pro Image Gutters Ltd. since the beginning, 1994. Our down-to-earth boss takes an interest in his employees, his installers, and his customers. Chris loves his truck, his dirt bike, and all things Motocross or KTM. This lively, passionate Vancouver Canucks fan has held season tickets for 11 years and plays ice hockey in his spare time. Go Canucks!
Devon Dunn: Position unknown
She’s not a morning person, but can be bought with specialty coffee, and/or liquor. Fueled by ugly, green health smoothies, Girl Friday doesn’t begin to describe the range of responsibilities she undertakes. Devon has been with Pro Image Gutters Ltd. for 8 wonderful years and protects those under wing. She takes an "early retirement" about once a year to travel internationally for a few weeks (or as long as we can survive without her).
Jenn Rinas: Shipping/Receiving
Not only did she make the stylish window treatment adorning our office, but she built the solid wooden wall unit too. She’s a landscaper, a carpenter and a veritable Jack-Jane of all trades. Yet another coffee junkie, Jennifer is a lady of many talents, and bright, bright smiles, therefore invaluable to our team. Her innovative ideas continue to benefit Pro Image Gutters Ltd. and its people.
Raquel Dunn-Phillips: Receptionist
She appreciates being part of a spirited company since she began working at Pro Image Gutters Ltd. in September 2009. Raquel enjoys washing a never-ending chain of coffee mugs, as well as putting an artistic, inventive touch on her work with a smile (“it’s hidden on the inside”). This certified 1st year mechanic is always tackling one of her cars’ latest issues and can be bribed with beer (it runs in the family).
Sharon Vodden: Accountant
Always smiling, our secret weapon keeps a clean book! (lol?) She runs on skinny lattes and pictures of her grandchild. She’s been with us 7 years, but keeps books for other companies as well. Rumors of Sharon’s wonderful cooking circulate our office constantly.
Adam: Customer Service
A former truck foreman for years, Adam has made the leap to Pro Images' Customer Service Technician within the last year. A dedicated Toronto Maple Leafs fan, Adam's caused his share of debates in a Canuck only environment. Down to earth, vocally talented and Tragically Hip inclined this Al Borland look-a-like takes his work seriously.
